Our staff of customer contact department will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, in case more time is needed we will inform you on this.

If you do not appreciate it, you can always contact the "Department of Mediation Webshop Keurmerk" where is affiliated with. If the mediation effort for some reason do not lead to a satisfactory solution, then it is possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
